• Gathered requirements directly from business stakeholders and turned open-ended goals into scoped systems that reached production.
• Owned the service catalog and billing domain of an enterprise .NET 9 and Blazor platform on PostgreSQL and Azure DevOps, from workflow and audit design through reporting and export.
• Brought a consumer genomics portal into CCPA and GDPR compliance, automating customer data access, deletion, and legal holds across every connected system on a full audit trail.

• Built operator-facing Human Machine Interface (HMI) screens in Python for automated material handling equipment.

• Maintained a 400+ report analytics estate across Zoho Analytics, Crystal Reports, SSRS, and SSIS covering 76M+ rows of healthcare data.
• Rebuilt the interface for a healthcare revenue recovery and denial management system used by 150+ staff, separating a monolithic MVC and Angular application into an Angular front end and API.

• Delivered medical care to Navy personnel and their families, including emergency treatment as a battlefield corpsman attached to the Marine Corps.
• Ran immunization programs, trained sailors and marines in first aid and preventative care, and managed medical supply and accounting operations.

Alice Bell Aquatic Club

A membership and operations portal for a Knoxville-area swim club. Lets administrators manage household memberships, track dues and payments, run the event calendar, and process the new-member waitlist. Members get a self-serve view of their household, payments, and upcoming events.

• Replaced a paper-and-spreadsheet workflow with a single portal where administrators manage households, dues, events, and the membership waitlist
• Self-serve member experience: households can sign in, view their account, see what's owed, and browse upcoming club events
• Role-based access keeps administrator tooling separate from member-facing views, with secure sign-in for both
• Drag-and-drop event calendar lets admins schedule and reshuffle club events without leaving the portal

Odyssey Money

A personal wealth dashboard for households with money spread across multiple institutions. Links retirement and taxable accounts through Plaid, pulls balances and holdings into a single view, and shows what your portfolio actually looks like across accounts (retirement vs. taxable, allocation by account type) without having to log into five banks to find out.

• Pulls live account data from any of Plaid's supported institutions and presents it as one portfolio, not five separate logins
• Computes retirement-vs-taxable allocation in real time so households can see how their money is actually balanced
• Subscription-gated premium features (and pricing) ship independently of the core auth flow
• Built so any user can connect, disconnect, and re-link accounts without administrator help
