• Gathered requirements directly from business stakeholders and turned open-ended goals into scoped systems that reached production.
• Owned the service catalog and rate card billing domain of an enterprise .NET 9 and Blazor platform on PostgreSQL and Azure DevOps, building status transition workflows, audit logging with change comparison, and reporting exports.

• Maintained a 400+ report analytics estate across Zoho Analytics, Crystal Reports, SSRS, and SSIS covering 76M+ rows of healthcare claims and revenue data.
• Rebuilt the interface for a healthcare revenue recovery and denial management system used by 150+ staff, separating a monolithic MVC and Angular application into an Angular front end and API.
